After placing your order, please send your chosen pet photo to us at help@furbabyfriend.com. We will provide you with a mock up of your design for your approval prior to despatch. The customisation process takes approximately 1 - 2 working days.

Please ensure your chosen photo is digital, not blurry, taken in natural daylight, and includes all of your pet (i.e., no missing tails/ ears/ paws!).
