How to Customise
Simply send us your chosen pet photo after placing your order. You can either email us at help@furbabyfriend.com, or we will contact you once we have picked up your order and you can send it to us then. Please also indicate whether you would prefer robins or cardinal birds to appear in the tree (the saying in Europe tends to be 'Robins appear when angels are near', and in the US/Canada it tends to be, 'Cardinals appear when angels are near', so we have created both designs for choice).
We will prepare the mock up image for your approval prior to despatch.
